It was a well-suited match for spending a night in Los Angeles with best value. The rude staff made it hard to get help when we needed early luggage stowage.

The room was a good size, but the remodeling was inconvenient.

We loved how close the hotel was to Universal Studios and the Hollywood Walk of Fame. It made for an exciting visit with my grandson, where we explored everything from street performances to the iconic attractions nearby. The convenient location had us all smiles!

In my wife’s opinion, the rooms could use better soundproofing. It would be great if they had more family-friendly options like a larger pool area for kids. The noise from the street made it hard for the little ones to sleep.

Had a great time with friends! The location was perfect for hitting up the Hollywood Walk of Fame and Grauman's Chinese Theatre. The rooms were spacious, and I loved the big comfy beds. The staff was friendly, and it's a good base for exploring with some decent places to eat nearby.

One downside was the bathroom lighting. it was a bit dim. Made it hard to see while getting ready. Honestly, a mirror would have been nice too, but it didn't ruin our experience. Just a small detail to improve.
